Cori Kelly
President
Cori serves as the President of NATECH is responsible for strategy and scaling the company for significant growth through business development. Prior to joining the company in 2017, she spent her career working in a variety of management roles in large defense and intelligence community contractors. Cori resides in our Washington DC Metro office in Northern Virginia.
Wendy Garcia
Vice President/CFO
Wendy serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NATECH. Prior to joining the company in 2003, she spent her career in accounting and management roles for the State of Alaska. Additionally she has served on the Tribal Council for the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians and the Gaming Facility Operations Review Board of Three Rivers Casino and Hotel. Wendy resides in our North Bend, Oregon office.
Vicki Faciane
Vice President/COO
Vicki is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for NATECH. Prior to joining the company in 2021, Vicki served in various leadership roles including the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua & Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI). Vicki is trained in facilitation and change management, and is a Change Facilitator in GE’s CAP™ (Change Acceleration Process), Work-Out™, and Six Sigma™. Vicki resides in our North Bend, Oregon office.

Wanda and John Williford
Founders
Before Wanda passed away in 2023, she spent her early career in the commercial banking industry and served on the tribal council of the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians, the Elders Committee, the Enrollment Committee and the Gaming Commission. Wanda was the first woman to serve as Tribal Chair for the tribes.
Before John passed away in 2020, he was an Air Force veteran who retired as a Chief Master Sergeant before his second career and retirement from FAA as a Systems Maintenance Engineering Branch Manager in FAA’s Alaska Region. He worked with Lockheed Martin and other industry contractors before starting NATECH with his wife Wanda.
