Native American Technology Corporation (NATECH) is pleased to announce that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has awarded NATECH a contract to provide Management, Administrative, and Technical Support Services for the NOAA Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO) Western Regional Center. We will provide Project Management, Change Management, Organizational Support, Budget/Financial Management and Meeting support for the implementation of a new business model for campus management of services and functions.

Native American Technology Corporation is pleased to announce the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) has awarded the Safety and Technical Training Support Services contract to the combined team of Infina, CSSI, NATECH, and the Fort Hill Group. Our dynamic team will support multiple task areas including integrating the functions and information of risk reduction, investigations, evaluations, safety risk management, runway safety and operational services, in order to identify collision risks and influence their resolution; assess operational and safety performance within the National Airspace; and audit safety, quality assurance and quality control in the organization to improve safety performance.
Special thanks to NATECH’s aviation subject matter experts working across the country, who have played a critical role in our continuous support of the FAA ATO Safety and Technical Training group since 2006. NATECH is pleased to be a sponsor for the South Coast Food Share Program's first ever "Food 4 Flight" Food Drive. Thanks to the generous donations of our Southern Coast neighbors, South Coast Food Share will be able to move 7000 pounds of food to those who need it most on the South Coast. NATECH is pleased to announce a Master Contract Award with the State of Washington to provide Environmental Assessment and Consulting Services. Under this Master Contract, NATECH will be included in a vendor pool of companies able to provide environmental services such as Site Assessments including Phase I, II and III ESAs and Consulting Services including Planning and Permitting, Waste Management and Remediation, Regulatory Compliance, Natural Resource Management and other services as required.
The Washington State Environmental Vendor Pool will be utilized by State Agencies, Institutions of Higher Learning, Political Subdivisions and Non-Profit Corporations, all members of the Washington State Purchasing Cooperative. The Master Contract is also available for use by Oregon's Department of Administrative Services Cooperative Purchasing Program.

NATECH is proud to have been awarded an Master Contract and join our colleagues in the State's Environmental vendor pool. NATECH is pleased to announce a subcontractor win with Northrop Grumman to provide Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services for the U.S. Army under the OPTARSS II contract. OPTARSS II is a master, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract. OPTARSS II contractors will provide support in the following eight primary task areas: Operational Planning, Training, Modeling and Simulation, Flight Operations, Mobilization Plans and Execution, Deployment Operations, Force Protection Program and Transformation. Native American Technology Corporation (NATECH) certifies under the Small Business Administration’s new Woman Owned Small Business Program

NATECH is pleased and proud to announce that it has certified as an 8(m) Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and an Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) under the Small Business Administration’s new contracting program for Woman Owned Small Business.

Implementing the Women Owned Small Business rule has been a top priority for the Obama Administration and the SBA. Under this new program, contracting officers will be able to set aside specific contracts for certified WOSBs and EDWOSBs for the first time.

Through this program, NATECH will have even greater opportunity to deliver the high quality professional and technical support services it provides to Federal Agencies nationwide. NATECH currently provides Business, Financial and Administrative Services, Aviation Safety Support, Logistics, Information Technology Services, Document, Records and Library Management Services, Environmental and Engineering Services to Federal Agencies and Prime contractors across the country. NATECH is proud to announce a subcontractor win with Lockheed Martin. On October 13, 2010 the Lockheed Martin Team was awarded the National Airspace System (NAS) Implementation Support Contract (NISC III) with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). NATECH, along with Lockheed Martin and the rest of the team will provide continued support for transition, integration, and implementation of selected Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) NAS modernization and NAS support programs including the Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and successor plans.

The NISC-III contract will be broad in scope and will provide critical technical and planning assistance in a wide range of FAA organizations within thirteen functional areas including Implementation and Integration Planning, In Service Review and Support, Transition Planning, Strategic and Operational Planning, Engineering Support, Air Traffic System Management Support, Configuration Management, Training Assistance, IT Support, Program and Financial Management Support, Flight Procedures and Aviation Safety Support. NATECH is excited to continue our great relationship with Lockheed Martin and to continue delivering the highest quality support services to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The CSSI Team was recently awarded a $124 million task order contract to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organizations (ATO) Office of Safety. Under this contract, NATECH will provide Runway Safety expertise, Business and Financial Management services and Administrative support to the FAA ATO Office of Safety. Congratulations to NATECH for being awarded a contract as a Prime SeaPort-e contract with the United States Navy. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management
The Navy Systems Commands, The Office of Naval Research, The United States Marine Corps and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency all utilize SeaPort-e for a majority of their procurement requirements.

NATECH is proud to welcome Ms. Lora Buonpastore to the team as she assumes the position of Project Manager for NATECH's EPA Region 10 Relocation and Renovation project.
At the conclusion of this project, the EPA Region 10 HQ will occupy the first ever LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified Platinum facility in Seattle, Washington. This project is critical in the ongoing mission of the EPA to be the standard bearer in greening the worskpace and for creating a showplace for working within an environmentally sustainable workplace. Equally, NATECH, a company that has been a part of the ongoing process to create environmentally sustainable practices within the EPA Region 10 offices for over seven years was the natural choice to provide Project, Asset and Relocation Management Support Services for this project. We are proud and privileged to be a part of this effort.
As a LEED AP Certified Professional and award-winning interior designer, Lora brings 29 years of experience providing superior interior design and managment support services for projects requiring major space reconfigurations. Within the past 5 years she has provided leadership on three LEED Certified projects involving over 500,000 usable square feet with a value of over 7 million dollars. She brings superb leadership and supervisory skills to NATECH. A talented and innovative designer, Ms. Buonpastore won the ASID Bronze Award for Design Excellence in 2007.
